By using luzera.com and placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All pieces are handmade and made to order. Production time is typically 1 to 2 weeks.

• All sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or wrong item (see Return Policy).

• Prices, products, and availability can change without notice.

• All product images, branding, and written content belong to Luzera LLC. Please don't copy, reuse, or repurpose them without permission.

• Payment is due at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

• If there's ever an issue with your order, email luzerallc@gmail.com. I respond personally.
